We’re having beautiful weather in mid-June with warm days and cool nights. The traffic around the beach appears to be higher than in previous years, with many out-of-town guests.
Sunday, June 15th, 2025 -The QR code for parking at the entrance to Beach area 5. Unfortunately, there are often lineups to get into the provincial park lots. The municipal lots are easier to get in and out of.Sunday, June 16th, 2025 – Calm waters on a Sunday morning, looking at one of several foot paths near Beach area 5.Monday, June 17th, 2025 – Monday was a good day for kite sailors. Beach 6 is set aside for kite sailors on windy days.Wednesday, June 19th, 2025 – An ominous sky. Walking east towards Beach One from the far eastern end of the beach.Friday, June 21st, 2025 – Looking west along a deserted freshly graded beach near Beach area five.Saturday, June 22nd, 2025 – By Saturday, things were in full swing. The beach gets increasingly crowded as you approach Beach One.
