This week we enjoyed all-time record high temperatures for November. The town continues to clear Beach Drive of sand – an election promise being kept by our new Mayor, Brian Smith. We continue to see progress every day.

Sunday, November 6th, 2022 – This picture was taken looking east near beach 2. As the wind comes up, waves are just beginning to erode the dump truck loads of sand stretching ~500 meters along beach two.
Monday, November 7th, 2022 – This picture was taken in the early evening entering the beach near 57th street.
Tuesday, November 8th, 2022 – Looking out over the sand dunes near the 13th street beach exit,
Wednesday, November 9th, 2022 – Temperatures in the high teens made for a beautiful walk down the far west end of Shore Lane late afternoon Wednesday. This picture was taken looking west on my way to 57 street, where I usually enter the beach and then walk back along the water.
Thursday, November 10th, 2022 – We took advantage of record-high temperatures to start preparing for Christmas. Giving the lights a trial run as the sun sets.
Friday, November 11th, 2022 – Enjoying a walk down the beach on Remembrance day. This picture was taken looking along beachfront properties from the west end of Beach 2.
Saturday, November 12th, 2022 – We had high winds on Saturday as a cold front moved in, so not surprisingly, Beach one was full of kite sailors.
