After floods at beach one this summer, the town did a remarkable job getting beach one back in shape. With Georgian Bay this high however, I fear we will see a log of damage along the beach when high winds come in the Fall.<\/p>\n

Tuesday, August 27th, 2019 – This is my gold standard when it comes to determining the water level. This storm sewer drain doesn’t move. There was a south wind today, so the water level is two feet further to the left \/ north. Last year there was 30 feet from the drain outlet to the shoreline.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
