September is my favorite month of the year. The beach is empty, and the days are generally nice and warm.<\/p>\n

Sunday, September 22nd, 2019 – A warm, hazy Sunday – looking east toward beach one. The erosion to the beach is significant near 13th street. Last year the shoreline was definitely ~ 40-50 feet to the left.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Monday, September 23rd, 2019 – The weather changed today with winds from the northwest so I was back to weaving my way along trails as opposed to walking on the beach. Even gentle winds make the beach impassible this year with the water being so high. Take east of 18th street looking northeast along the shore.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
