October brought some high winds this week.\u00a0While great for kite surfers,\u00a0 high water and winds are doing damage to properties along the beach. Beach Drive ended up underwater again and covered by sand. I think that it’s inevitable that the town will need to let the beach reclaim the street.<\/p>\n

Thursday, October 17th, 2019 – When the weather is extreme is the best time for kiteboarders. It was around 7C when this picture was taken. The water temperature at Wasaga Beach averages 14C in October so the water is warmer than the air.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
