We had some beautiful summer weather this week, with daytime highs in the 30s. By the end of the week, things were cooling down nicely.<\/p>\n

This is common this time of year. The sand is heated by the sun, but the air is cold because of the breeze across Georgian Bay – the result is steam coming from the sand.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Friday May 29th, 2020 – Crews are only just starting to clear the beach. Usually by this time of year the beach is already clear of winter debris. Because of the record high water levels, there is almost no beach to clear unfortunately.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
