The weather is all over the map this time of year. Some days were almost like summer, but when the winds are from the north it is plenty cold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunday, April 10th, 2022 – The beach is actually in great shape for this time of year compared to prior years. This picture was taken near 16th street looking west. You can see that tractors have been running up and down the beach picking up debris.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Monday, April 11th – The ice is almost gone. Beautiful (cold) water out beyond the ice. This picture was taken ay 16th street as the sign says.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Tuesday, April 12th, 2022 – Tractors were moving excess sand from around beach one and dumping it along the shoreline of beach 2. The sand was gone within a day or two as soon as the wind picked up.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Wednesday, April 13th – Taken near beach 6 in the early evening with the ski hills at Blue Mountain in the distance across the Bay. The bay is virtually open at the west end of the beach, but there is still more ice in the eastern beach areas.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Saturday, April 16th, 2022 – A wind storm on Friday took down this tree at the 14th street beach entrance. Surprisingly, there was almost no damage to the fence. We had damage to the Fascia along our roof at home and had to repair it. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
