We’re enjoying wonderful weather for early May. I took a chance and planted flowers early this year knowing that I was risking frost. I took a quick down to Nashville to visit Michelle who was there on business – my first trip to the US since Covid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunday, May 8th, 2022 – This is the first Kayak I’ve seen out on the water this year. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Sunday, May 8th, 2022 – A new home is being built here along Shore Lane just west of 13th street. The previous structure was just demolished. I’ll be sure and post pictures through the summer.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Monday, May 9th – We just opened our pool for the season – It’s always a little tedious getting it cleaned up and the chemicals balanced. We’re looking forward to an awesome summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuesday, May 10th, 2022 – I flew down to Nashville to join Michelle for two days down at the Gaylord, Opryland where she helped organize a corporate event for HPE. What a ball!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wednesday, May 11th, 2022 – Record high temperatures across the southeast while we were in Nashville. Enjoying one of the outdoor pools at the Gaylord while Michelle is working.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Thursday, May 12th, 2022 – I wish I could have stayed longer but heading back on Thursday afternoon. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Friday, May 13th, 2022 – By Friday I was back at Wasaga Beach. The weather here was almost as warm as in Tennessee!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Saturday, May 14th – Michelle was still not back from Nashville, but I had out-of-town guests and took them to beach 6 in the afternoon. Awesome clouds across the Bay looking towards Collingwood.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
