This has turned out to be an exceptional year for Fall colors. The picture below was taken in our front yard on October 24th. The key to bright colors is apparently an early frost. As I write this on October 30th, 90% of our leaves are down – a huge difference from 2021 when we were still picking up leaves in the snow in mid-November. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuesday, October 25th, 2022 – Phase I of the beach one upgrades are finally underway. I know a lot of people are against this, but I’m excited to see upgrades to the main beach area. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
