As we pass Canada Day, the beach is in top form. It’s great to see everything fully back to normal after COVID disrupted things for the last couple of years. Spectacular weather. The highlight of the week was a trip back home to Sudbury for the Lasalle High School reunion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friday, July 7th, 2023 – On Friday I headed up to Sudbury to attend the Lasalle Reunion. The organizing committee arranged for this awesome display @ Bell Park on Ramsey Lake. This was the weekend of the Northern Lights Festival Bor\u00e9al. https:\/\/nlfb.ca\/. This awesome summer event has been taking place in Sudbury since 1972. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Friday, July 7th, 2023 – Turning abandoned structures into works of art may be controversial, but I like it. This is the former Sudbury General hospital (where I was born). I was also treated there for a broken leg in Grade 8. Unfortunately it is abandoned now on the Ramsey wasterfront near Bell Park. I say it adds character. \ud83d\ude42 <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
