I can’t get over how the beach gets “deserted” after Labor Day.  The temperatures are a little cooler and high water is still an issue.

Sunday, September 8th, 2019 – looking west towards the Blue Mountains
Sunday, September 8th, 2019 – looking east – taken from just east of 18th street.
Sunday, September 8th, 2019 – near 13th street – this part of the beach was unwalkable two weeks ago. High waves have eroded the beach
Monday, September 9th, 2019 – a Piping Plover. I’ve written about the Piping Plover’s before. These are a protected species with sanctuaries all around Georgian Bay.
Wednesday, September 11th, 2019 – Looking north from beach one. Seagulls are definitely not an endangered species.
Wednesday, September 11th, 2019 – 45 gallon drums are used as garbage cans – stacked up for the season on the way to the provincial parking area east of beach one.
Thursday, September 12th, 2019 – taken looking west from the boardwalk just east of beach area one.
