This week we had exceptionally warm weather with Monday reaching nearly 18 degrees Celcius – an all time record for this date.
Sunday, March 3rd 2024 – The snow is rapidly melting looking east across a sand covered boardwalk near Beach 2.Monday, March 4th, 2024 – The ice along the shore melted rapidly with exceptionally warm weather.Tuesday, March 5th, 2024 – Water left behind my melting ice and snow. Taken at the west end of Beach area 5 looking west.Wednesday, March 6th, 2024 – This looks more like mid or late April than early March!Thursday, March 7th, 2024 – A beatiful Spring-like day. looking towards the Blue Mountains from Beach area 5.Friday, March 8th, 2024 – Heading west through Beach area 5.Saturday, March 9th, 2024 – The shore ice is all but completely gone.
