We continued to enjoy summer-like weather this week, with temperatures into the high 20s. However, by the week’s end, we had frost in the morning.
Sunday, October 5th, 2025 – A family parked out for the day at Beach area 3.Monday, October 6th, 2025 – A picture perfect day, looking towards the water from the park at Beach Area 5.Wednesday, October 8th, 2025 – An evening walk near Beach area 5.Thursday, October 9th, 2025 – Starting in 2026, construction is slated to start on the Department of National Defence’s Arctic Over-the-Horizon Radar (A-OTHR) project with a preliminary “receive” site in Clearview Township. The chosen site is a rural area just south of Wasaga Beach. It will be interesting to watch as construction progresses.Thursday, October 9th, 2025 – Wednesday was a little cooler with a high near 12 degrees, but it was still very nice walking down the beach.
