You never know what you’re going to see on the beach! Today I saw a unicorn and a dinosaur walking down Beach 3. I’m not sure, but I suspect these are people in costume 🙂 – These guys were in the middle of nowhere. They must have walked at least 1 km in full costume.

Wednesday, August 19th, 2026 -This is a beautiful property I walk by most days near Beach Area 3, east of 16th Street. The property on the left is new construction.
