This is the week that our family visited Walters Falls, approximately one hour from Wasaga Beach, to check out the facility we’ve chosen for a June wedding. We chose the Falls Inn for my son’s wedding and we highly recommend the location.

Sunday, April 12th, 2026 – Looking northwest with ice along the shore.

Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 – Warm air and cold water make for mist rolling across the beach. This picture was taken near 57th Street looking west.

Wednesday, April 15th, 2026 – At Walters Falls – it is a little early in the season for a wedding, but this is a picture of my mom checking out the location where the wedding will take place in June.

Thursday, April 16th, 2026 – Walking down a foggy beach. Better than walking through the snow!

Friday, April 17th, 2026 – The year-round cottages along Shore Lane at 37th street looked spectacular this morning. If you want to enjoy the beach every day, this is the place to live.

Friday, April 17th, 2026 – Looking west from near 30th street. A beautiful day for walking along the beach.

Saturday, April 18th, 2026 – The beach is in much better shape than in prior years. There is not a lot of debris to remove, and provincial park staff are already grading the beach to get it ready for summer.
