We had typical April weather this week and enjoyed walking down the beach every day. This week, I walked along Beach One, where construction is underway. The featured picture is of the Breakers condos at Beach One.

Monday, April 20th, 2026 – Looking west, walking through Beach area 5 on a beautiful Monday morning.
Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 – Taken at 36th street. There are beautiful beachfront homes in this area.
Thursday, April 23rd, 2026 – The transformation of Beach One is dramatic. A major part of the effort is raising the road to keep it safe from the floods that occurred a few years ago. This picture was taken looking east from the far west end of Beach Drive.
Friday, April 24th, 2026 – Walking along Beach are six.
Saturday, April 25th, 2026 – The west end of the entrance to Beach area 5 is still flooded.
