We’ve had an exceptionally mild Christmas holiday. Kind of nice for people traveling for the holidays. We were fortunate to get our entire family together over the holidays.

In case you’re wondering, I did walk down the beach on December 27th, but unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture. December 29th was the day after my Covid booster shot, and I felt too crummy to leave the house.

Saturday, December 26th, 2021 – Today looked a little like walking along a moonscape, returning from beach one to my parking spot at 18th street. The Blue Mountains are in the distance, and the beach two boardwalk is in the foreground.
Tuesday, December 28th, 2021 – We had light snow overnight, and when I entered the beach, it was snow-covered.
Thursday, December 30th, 2021 – Returning from beach one during my daily walk around noon.
Friday, December 31st, 2021 – The same view as above but a day later with warmer temperatures. As you’ve probably noticed from these pictures, we don’t get very many sunny days this time of year.
Saturday, January 1st, 2021 – Walking through the provincial park trails just south of beach area 2. A green New Year’s day.
Saturday, January 1st, 2021 – Looking across the bay towards Collingwood from near 16th street on New Year’s day.
