Sunday, June 12th, 2022 – Walking down the beach on a rainy Sunday morning.Monday, June 13th, 2022 – This is not Wasaga Beach for anyone that’s wondering. We’re blessed to live on Georgian Bay, but it’s really tough to beat the crystal clear waters of Lake Manitou on Manitoulin, Island. Thanks to my cousin Marjorie for this picture taken from her family cottage. (Our family cottage was approx 1km west of this location)Tuesday, June 14, 2022 – I’ve been walking down to Beach 6 and back for years, but I recently found this new route back to the YMCA – an awesome bush trail from 43rd street that takes me back to the Recplex. Wednesday, June 15th, 2022 – I still can’t get over that I have the beach (mostly) all to myself. This picture was taken near 13th street looking west.Thursday, June 16, 2022 – The topology of the beach has changed with erratic water levels. Near the green space west of 13th street, there are several awesome entrances to Beach 3. Friday, June 17th, 2022 – Approaching the usual “turnaround point” of my walk. Looking east. I previous years this was a road at Beach one.
