My daily walks were interrupted this week by a business trip to Boston. I attended the Nextflow Summit sponsored by Seqera Labs.
Sunday, November 26th, 2023 – The snow has melted! Looking east from near 13th street on my way to Beach area one.Monday, November 27th, 2023 – Looking west with the Blue Mountains in the background.Tuesday, November 28th, 2023 – The weather gods must have known I needed to drive to Pearson airport this morning – LOL. Luckily I had an early afternoon flight and did not need to drive in the dark.Tuesday, November 28th, 2023 – A “white-knuckle” drive down the 400. What fun it is to travel in the winter! 🙂 Wednesday, November 29th, 2023 – At the Hilton Boston Park Plaza attending the Nextflow Summit. It was a first class event and it was a treat to meet so many colleagues in person. This needed to substitute for my daily beach walks! Thursday, November 2023 – We walked by Cheers on Beacon Street.Thursday, November 30, 2023 – This is “The Embrace” – a memorial that honors the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Coretta Scott King. – https://www.boston.gov/news/embrace-unveiled-bostonThursday, November 30, 2023 – The Seqera Labs marketing team organized an evening event of wine and painting lessons. What a great idea! I took my canvas pictured here home.Saturday, December 2nd, 2023 – December 1st was a travel day. Good to be home!
