Monday August 5th was the Civic holiday. I walked down to Beach one on Sunday, but avoided the busier parts of the beach for the remainer of the week sticking to Beach areas 5 and 6.
Sunday, August 4th, 2024 – On my way pack to the parking lof at 18th street from beach one on a warm and windy Sunday morning. The sand has been freshly graded as you can see in this picture the entire length of the beach.Wedesday, August 7th, 2024 – This picture taken on Wednesday walking through the provincial park at Beach area 5 looking towards the play structures and the water.Thursday, August 8th, 2024 – Taken looking east from between beach areas 4 and 6. The beach is reasonably crowded across its entire length.Friday, August 9th, 2024 – One of many trails down to the water at beach area 5Saturday, August 10th, 2024 – We took a family trip up to our hometown of Sudbury for a wedding anniversary. The structure in the background is the now abandoned Sudbury General Hospital looking across Ramsey lake. The hospital now features the largest mural in Canada.
