The beautiful summer-like weather continued this week. Perfect weather with daily highs in the high twenties and overnight lows in the teens or single digits.
Sunday, September 15th, 2024 – Looking across the sand towards the beach area 2 boardwalk on my way back from beach area 1.Monday, September 16th, 2024 – Heading east late Monday morning. This picture taken just west of Beach area 4 along a quiet beach.Tuesday, September 17th, 2024 – As people familiar with the geography know, much of Wasaga Beach is built on a giant sand bar with the Nottawaga river to the wouth and Georgian bay to the north. As you approach the mouth of the river, the sandbar becomes narrow, and this far east end of the beach is a protected area.Wednesday, September 18th, 2024 – Looking east along the boardwalk to the east of beach area one.Thursday, September 19th, 2024 – This is the time of year I usually see lots of birds along the waterfront. I think they are having a meeting as they try to decide whether it is time to head south! 🙂 Friday, September 20th, 2024 – Walking through the trails at beach area 5.Saturday, September 21st, 2024 – Rather than walk on Shore Lane or the beach, I often walk along Linda Lane. Heading west on Linda Lane with the beach 5 provincial park on the right.
