In late October the leaves are simply awesome. We’re lucky to live on a property with maple trees that all turn bright red. In early November, we’re cursed to live on a property where all these leaves need to be cleaned up!
Sunday, October 20th, 2019 – My wife Michelle has an awesome red Jeep named Sally. This is not Sally, but it could be her twin. I took this picture for Michelle. After two days cleaning Beach Drive last week, sand washed on the road is piled in protective berms to try and protect the roadway from more high waves.
Sunday, October 20th, 2019 – East of beach one, near the far edge of the accessible part of Wasaga Beach. This piece of driftwood has been here for years.
Sunday, October 20th, 2019 – Sand berms removed from beach drive that will hopefully protect the beach from high waves (until a storm comes in November I suspect)
Sunday, October 20th, 2019 – Our front yard @ Rose Court – the leaves are almost at their peak.
Monday, October 21st, 2019 – I took an evening walk because I couldn’t get away during the day today due to work commitments. This pictures taken looking west from the east-end boardwalk.
Tuesday, October 22nd, 2019 – The leaves just keep getting better. It’s going to be painful to pick these up, but it’s worth the effort.
