The weather is all over the map in April with cold nights and daytime highs into the teens. For the past few weeks I’ve been walking mostly between Beach areas 4 and 6. The beach is generally deserted this time of year.
Sunday, April 21st, 2024 – hiking down the trail between the Recplex and the beach. Monday, April 22nd, 2024 – Walking west down the beach taken west of Beach area 6.Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024 – Looking west from the beach entrance near 30th street north. Lots of footprints in the sand.Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 – Walking west down the main trail that crosses Beach area 5 between 30th and 36th streets.Thursday, April 25th, 2024 – Looking east from near 30th street on a hard-packed beach approaching Beach area 4 from the west.Friday, April 26th, 2024 – This bush trail goes from the Recplex and runs east-west existing at 43rd streetSaturday, April 27th, 2024 – Heavy equipment clearing spring debris from the beach.
