This week I took a quick trip out to Sydney, Nova Scotia to help my mother-in-law pack up her apartment and relocate to Wasaga Beach.
Sunday, August 11th, 2024 -Walking west across a fresh graded beach returning from beach one on Sunday morning.Monday, August 12th, 2024 – Beautiful skies looking across the Nottawasaga Bay towards the Blue Mountains. Wednesday, August 14th, 2024 – After a day of travel fraught with delays, I made my way to Sydney arriving early morning on Wedneday. Packing up the apartment on Wednesday morning.Thursday, August 15th, 2024 – This is my mother in law’s old apartment building along the Sydney waterfront called Nelgah place. This is one of the nicer apartment buildings in Sydney.Thursday, August 15th, 2024 – The truck arrives and begins loading for the long drive to Wasaga Beach, Ontario.Friday, August 16th, 2024 – Instead of walking down Wasaga Beach, I walked down the length of the Sydney Waterfront instead, turning around at the giant fiddle. This is the tourist center where cruise ships dock in Sydney arbour during the summer months. Saturday, August 17th, 2024 – After an early morning flight from Sydney, I was back walking Wasaga Beach later the same day. This picture taken looking west down the beach 2 boardwalk.
